Ausweb has been advised by our legacy registrar Distribute IT that .co.uk customer domains have been migrated to a new IPS TAG, namely PLANETDOMAIN-AU.

Emails from the .uk registry were sent out unintentionally regarding this, however Ausweb would like to advise you as a customer that this is a legitimate administrative action by the Netregistry Group (Distribute IT's new owner) and should not be a cause for concern.

Issues were experienced with domain registration, re-delegation and renewals over the period of 2 weeks. No customer data has been compromised and no data pertaining to the domain names has been lost, however as a security precaution, all EPP codes/authorization passwords for domains have been reset.
